What a fantastic service you provide, you got us out of a hole again! In general our suppliers and manufacturing partners are very good at delivering items on time and as agreed, however when we do get let down it’s great to know that we can rely on 007 Couriers to save the day.

Your latest mission involved a booklet finisher that had been missed off our Monday weekly delivery, but we had made a commitment to install at our customers on the Wednesday. I contacted you at lunchtime on Tuesday, explained the situation and that the finisher was still in Swindon. “No problem” was your reply, not only did you collect the finisher, but you met our engineer at the customers at 9am Wednesday morning enabling us to deliver on our commitment.

The upshot, we have a happy customer and so do you. I would not hesitate to recommend you and your service to friends, colleagues and business contacts.

Lots of our work is time sensitive and of course the job isn’t done until it’s in the customers hands. Whilst our own delivery driver does lots of our drops it’s great to know that we can count on you as our backup.

Always available at short notice, anytime of the day, any day of the week, nothing is too much trouble. We already feel like you are an essential part of the team.

Once the job is in your van I have 100% confidence it’s going to get there in one piece and in a timely manner, unlike sending jobs via the national courier services where jobs get thrown in the back of the vans, get mishandled at main depots and then it’s a lottery as to whether they will actually get transferred to the right van for delivery.

Your work is extremely professional and to the highest quality throughout and I will continue to use your services in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and colleagues.
